Show Weekend Itinerary:
Friday, 4/26/24, in the evening will be reserved for setup of the show
Saturday - 4/27/24 - mandatory dress rehearsal - 9 AM - 11 AM
Saturday - 4/27/24 - Show number one - 3 PM (arrival at 2 PM)
Sunday - 4/28/24 - Show number two - 2 PM (arrival at 1 PM)

Wednesdays 4-7pm (all participants) and Sundays required for some groups

Other Important ice show details:

1. Volunteer link is coming soon for the ice show.  Anyone participating in the ice show must volunteer for one (1) ice show shift and help with setup OR clean-up.  Note that SkateSafe training / compliance training and a background check is required for anyone volunteering at the show that will be backstage and have locker room (ready room) access. Room monitors, door monitors, etc are included in that list. Basically anyone who is allowed in the locker room hallway MUST be certified. When you review the volunteer sign-up - note that these backstage positions would be great spots for our current / past Board Members and Synchro parents who are already certified.  Volunteers who are in more public areas (flower sellers, raffle table, announcers, ticket checkers) do not need the certification.
2. We have a limited number of tights available at the rink from past apparel sales - $10 each - these are for sale during LTS on Sundays or ask a board member to help you review them.

2/24/2024:

All replacement costumes are in stock (except for gold medal number costumes - we will reach out to you when those have arrived). The costumes will be available for pick up on 2/25/2024 during LTS - 5 pm - 7 pm. Please note that you must return your old costume before the new one will be issued.

Picture Day for ice show participants is March 10 - Logistics:
- Arrive at least 10 minutes before your slotted time for pictures.
- Please come fully dressed and ready for your first slotted group picture.
- If you are in the opener and/or competition number, please take those photos after the group number is complete.

We are going to have skaters put the opener shirt and/or club jacket on over their costume to save time. Please feel free to bring any medals awarded this season to take with your competitor picture. Please check in with the volunteer once you arrive. From there, another volunteer will keep the group together and take the group to the photographer.
